Cancellation & Refund Policy

While we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, Ike’s Grand Hall maintains a structured refund policy to ensure the fair management of our event calendar.

Standard Cancellations

Clients are eligible for a partial refund of their deposit, less a $250 administrative service fee, provided that written notice is received via email at ikesgrandhallny@gmail.com at least 90 calendar days prior to the scheduled event date.

Late Cancellations & Re-booking

For cancellations made within 90 days of the event, the following terms apply:

  • The Hall will make a good-faith effort to re-list the date and secure a new booking.
  • A partial refund may be issued only if the date is successfully re-booked for the original asking price.
  • If the date is not replaced by another client, the full deposit will be forfeited.

Policy Restrictions

Refunds or credits are not available for last-minute cancellations under any circumstances. In all instances where a refund is granted, the standard $250 service charge will be deducted from the total amount returned.

We encourage clients to notify us as early as possible regarding a cancellation to increase the likelihood of the date being re-booked.
